This site is run by Aaron Fitch. It's home to his businesses, including Real Media, a white-label video service for photographers. Questions about this page: contact@aaronfitch.com.
Reading our pages doesn't ask you for anything. There's no sign-up form or newsletter here. We haven't added our own analytics or advertising tools to this site. The services that run the site may still collect basic technical information; see Cookies below.
When you order from Real Media, the form asks for: the five photos you upload, the photography type, the property or event location, your name and company, a delivery email, a mobile number for your delivery text, and your billing name and address. Payments are processed by Stripe. We don't see or store your full card or bank account number.
We use it to make and deliver your video, to send your invoice, delivery email and order text, to answer your questions, and to keep our own business records. Your photos are used to make your video. We don't sell your information or share it with anyone for their own marketing.
To do this, your order passes through the services we use to run the business: the order form (Jotform), our business email and file storage (Google), our payment processor (Stripe), the production tools we use to make your video, and our business phone line.
Order texts come from our business line, 972-743-6821. We use your number for your order and won't text you about anything else unless you say yes. If we've texted your business about Real Media, it came from the same line. Reply STOP at any time and we won't text you again. Message and data rates may apply.
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. We don't add cookies of our own. The services we use set their own, and we don't control them:
Google hosts this site (Google Sites) and may set cookies, for example to keep the site secure and working. Google's privacy policy
Jotform runs our order form (and any Jotform tools on our pages) and sets cookies so the form works. Jotform's privacy policy
Stripe processes payments on the order form and may set cookies during payment, for example to help prevent fraud. Stripe's privacy policy
YouTube may set cookies when you play a video embedded on our pages. We use YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode wherever we can.
Each company's own policy explains what its cookies do. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but the order form may not work without them.
Pages we link to have their own privacy policies, and those apply when you're on them.
If this page changes, we'll update the date at the top.

Notes (not page copy): no retention period, deletion promise or named laws; no AI/DI terms; production tools aren't named. The YouTube bullet can stay out until a video is embedded. The text-line wording matches the order form's SMS helper text.
