Who we are

Real Media is a white-label video service for photographers, run by Aaron Fitch. Questions: contact@aaronfitch.com.

What you're ordering

From the five photos you upload, we make a 15-second video walkthrough, generated from your stills. It isn't filmed footage. Each order includes a 4K widescreen video, a vertical (9:16) version for social reels, and an HD GIF for website headers, plus our client-conversion kit.

Your photos

By uploading photos, you confirm that you own them or have permission to use them, and to have them turned into video. We use them only to make your video.

Photography type and pricing

Pricing is tiered by Photography Type. Choose the type that matches your images. Orders placed under a mismatched Photography Type will be refunded and not delivered.

Delivery

We aim to deliver within 24 hours on weekdays. Saturday submissions are typically delivered by Monday. You'll get an email with your download link, and a text at the mobile number you give us.

Quality

Every video is reviewed and tuned by a human prompt engineer before delivery. If something looks wrong in your video, email us and we'll take a look. Please keep in mind that all sales are final (see Payment below).

What you can do with it

Once delivered, you have full rights to brand, bundle, and hand your files to your own clients, with no restrictions. Your files carry no Real Media branding or watermark.

It's yours alone

Each video is a unique, one-time delivery. We never resell or reuse it.

Payment

You pay when you order, through Stripe on the order form. You'll get your invoice at your delivery email. All sales are final, except the mismatched-type refund above, or where the law requires otherwise.

Your files

Download and back up your files as soon as they arrive. We don't promise to keep them for any set period.

Texts

Order texts come from our business line, 972-743-6821. We text you about your order only, unless you say yes to more. Reply STOP at any time and we won't text you again. Message and data rates may apply.

Results and your use

Our videos are a marketing aid. We don't guarantee views, inquiries, sales or any other result. You're responsible for how you use the files, including any MLS, brokerage or platform rules.

Changes

If these terms change, we'll update the date at the top. The terms in place when you order apply to that order.

Notes (not page copy): the order form's own short Terms section (You own it / It's exclusive / All sales are final) matches this page. "We aim to deliver" is softer than the form's "delivered within 24 hours on weekdays"; the form was left as is. A qualified person may want to add a limitation-of-liability clause; none is written here.
