Real Media ("we," "us," "our") provides white-label AI-generated video production services for photographers. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect
When you place an order, we collect:
Name, email address, phone number, and company name
Billing address and payment details (processed securely through our payment provider — we don't store full card numbers ourselves)
Property address and photos you upload for your project
If you opt in, your phone number for delivery text notifications
How We Use Your Information
To process your order and deliver your finished video and GIF
To send order confirmations, delivery notifications, and invoices
To text you delivery updates or your download link, only if you've provided a number for that purpose
To respond if you contact us with questions
We don't sell your information to third parties, and we don't use your uploaded photos or property details for anything beyond fulfilling your order.
How We Reach Out
From time to time, we contact photographers directly by phone or text using publicly available business information, to introduce Real Media. These outreach calls and texts are made personally, not through automated systems. If you'd like us to stop contacting you, just say so on a call, or reply STOP to any text — we'll honor any reasonably worded request right away.
Text Messages
To keep delivery fast, we text you directly when your project is ready — often within hours. Providing your phone number and agreeing to receive this one-time order-status text is a required part of completing your order. We don't send marketing texts, and your number is deleted from our system once your order is delivered.
How We Store Your Information
Project files (your uploaded stills and finished deliverables) are stored securely and automatically deleted from our servers 30 days after delivery.
Order and contact records are kept for our business records (billing, support, and repeat-order history) using standard cloud storage tools like Google Drive.
Third Parties We Work With
We use trusted third-party services to run Real Media, including our order form provider, payment processor, and cloud storage provider. These providers only receive the information needed to do their job (e.g., processing payment or storing files) and are bound by their own privacy and security practices.
Your Choices
You can:
Ask us what information we have on file for you
Ask us to delete your contact information (note: this doesn't affect files already delivered to you)
Opt out of text notifications at any time

Children's Privacy
Real Media is a business-to-business service intended for professional use. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated policy.
